orfay Code of Conduct
Usage Guidelines
We created orfay because we wanted to make it easy for people to communicate and share pictures online. We like free speech, and for the most part we don't want to prevent people from saying what they want to say. That's why we've tried to let orfay users be responsible for their own behavior and set their own rules.
Unfortunately, we've noticed that a few users like to take advantage of their unrestricted freedom, and they do stuff that ruins orfay for everyone else. So, in the interests of the community, we've decide to set down some basic usage guidelines. These are common-sense guidelines that shouldn't affect the vast majority of orfay users. But, for the small number of you who insist on posting illegal content or making obscene comments about someone's family, this is your official warning: stop now or be booted from orfay forever.
It is absolutely forbidden to post any content (photos, comments, etc.) that contains or promotes:
  • illegal activites that could get orfay shut down
  • anything resembling child pornography (including cartoons), bestiality, necrophilia, incest, rape, snuff/death, scat, etc.
  • intentionally hostile activity that infringes on the freedom and/or well-being of another orfay user. If you post another user's personal information, your account will be immediately deleted.
  • the violation of copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law or other proprietary rights.
We will also take action if you:
  • fail to properly label your adult content as adult.
  • make obscene or offensive comments for no apparent reason, especially if it is in a public space that a child could see.
  • attempt to entice minors
  • upload obscene or offensive photos to an area that is otherwise kid-friendly. Use your judgement here.
Other notes:
  • We will comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws relating to the indictment and arrest of criminal offenders.
  • These are usage guidelines. The official and binding rules are available in the orfay terms of service, located here.
  • We reserve the right to change these guidelines and the terms of service at any time, in which case the new rules would apply retroactively.
